Where is AI on the Lot?
AI on the Lot will take place in several locations on the Culver Steps. Keynotes and panels will occur at the Culver Theater, located at 9500 Culver Blvd. Workshops, interactive demos, lunch, and lounging will occur at the Culver Labs located at 3960 Ince Blvd. General networking and socializing will occur on the Culver Steps.
Where do I pick up my badge?
The registration desk will be open on Wednesday and Thursday starting at 9:00am and will stay open until 6:00pm. The registration desk will be located directly outside the Culver Theater. Attendees will need to present a government-issued ID with their name to claim their conference badge.
Where can I park?
We highly encourage all attendees to rideshare. There is paid all-day parking at the Ince Parking Garage at 9099 Washington Blvd and at the Cardiff Garage located at 3846 Cardiff Ave. Both garages are less than a 2-minute walk from the conference
Should I bring my laptop?
A laptop is not necessary to enjoy AI on the Lot. However, you should bring a laptop if you want to follow along with the workshops, participate in the Gen Jam, or work at the conference.
Will it be possible to attend AI on the Lot remotely?
No, AI on the Lot is an in-person experience. Panels and presentations will be recorded and published online at a later date, but AI on the Lot will not be livestreaming the conference.
Will there be internet access available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the Culver Labs.
Is there a quiet place to work or take calls?
Official AI on the Lot building will be crowded and difficult to work in. AI on the Lot has a special partnership with the co-working space Blankspaces located across the street at 9415 Culver Blvd. All conference attendees can buy discounted $5 day-passes to use their facilities. The Culver Labs will also have open desks where attendees can work, but be cautioned it will be noisy.
Is there a quiet place to work or take calls?

In the morning there will be coffee and pastries. In the afternoon there will be lunch. In the evening there will be refreshments and light bites.
Is there a free exhibit area for attendees without tickets?
No, all parts of the conference require a valid AI on the Lot 2025 badge.
